Personal Reflexion On Bazaar

Before the event I went to The Junction at 2:30pm for the first band sound check at 3:00pm
. Secondly I made sure the other two bands were all Ok for their sound check at a later time. If the bands had any problems they could come to me and I would sort everything out for them. I also waited for the DJ's to come so I could show the the equipment they will be using for the night and if they were all Ok with what they were doing.

During the evening when the event started I was DMing (Duty Manager) which consisted of checking toilets for hazards or problems, making sure everything is Ok backstage and the bands were happy. I feel I did my part and made the Night a success because I managed to sell 16 tickets and made sure everyone in the Venue were safe and happy during the running time.

Negatives;

-Fashion show CD didn't work.
-Lack of specific jobs for some people.
-Logos/designer labels were not presented properly
-Low Attendance.
-No one in fancy dress.
-No Lighting on DJ.
- Poor Scheduling.
- Inappropriate alcohol consumption.
-Tickets available too late.
- 1st Band late for sound check.
- No publicity on The Junction website.
- CRC DJ late.

Positives;

- £300 Ticket sales on the door.
- Models fitted clothes.
- Good effort from everyone.
- Excellent work experience.
- Leadership by students
- Staged an actual live event
- Worked well with mentors + Technicians
